Return and refund policy

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. The product must not be damaged and must have been used normally, including its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at Info@aevvy.com. Send us a message before returning the package — products returned without prior notice will not be accepted.

Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense. We do not cover the cost of returning items.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect product so that we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions

The following products cannot be returned:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Personal care products that have been opened or used

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange a product? Return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation from us. If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank may need a few additional days to process the refund.
